To submit a custom order, navigate to the "Chat" button on our homepage. Enter the information to begin a "Chat". Then, please provide the following information.
- Contact Information: Full Name, Shipping Address, Phone number & Email. You can also specify "In-store pick-up" if desired.
- Upload a high quality/resolution photo of desired design
- Indicate your desired nail size - Extra Small, small, medium, large or enter custom numbers for each finger. Please view the "Sizing Chart" if you need assistance in determining your nail sizes.
- Length - Short, Medium, Long, etc. - or "As shown in photo"
**You will receive an email with a price quote and a link to pay the deposit (50% of total). Your order will be placed in production que upon receipt of the deposit. Approximate production time is currently 2-3 weeks after receipt of deposit. No changes after deposit payment - no exceptions.**
**Due to high demand, if your deposit or final balance is not paid within 1 week after your notification, your deposit &/or order will be forfeited ** No refunds or individual nail replacements are offered so take care of your investment 💕**
