Return & Refund Policy

AetherLux (a DBA of 2SiiD3S Holdings LLC) operates using Shopify Collective suppliers and third-party production partners, including Printify and ElasticStage. Many products are made-to-order or fulfilled by independent suppliers.
Because of this, our return policy reflects both Shopify standards and print-on-demand industry practices.
Please review carefully before placing your order.

General Return Window
We offer a 30-day return request window from the date your item is delivered.
However, due to our fulfillment model, return eligibility is limited as outlined below.

Eligible Returns (14-Day Defect Window)
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only approved if:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was received
These issues must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To submit a request, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Order number
• Description of the issue
Requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for review.

Shopify Standard Return Conditions
If a return is approved, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn or unused
• In original packaging
• With tags (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase required
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Supplier & Fulfillment Model
AetherLux fulfills orders through:
• Shopify Collective suppliers
• Printify (print-on-demand products)
• ElasticStage (vinyl records)
Because of this:
• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments
• Returns may require supplier verification
• Processing timelines vary by supplier

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
• Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products (hygiene reasons)
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Vinyl records (unless defective)
• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items

Made-to-Order Products
All made-to-order items are produced after purchase.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
• Minor variations in color, print, or materials are not considered defects

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 14 days
• Do not return items without approval
If approved:
• A replacement or refund will be issued at no cost

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, you may return the item and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must still meet standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds
All Except EU customers...Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of approval or denial
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
(EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@aetherlux.shop within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products, digital goods, opened beauty or hygiene products, or gift cards.)

Lost, Unauthorized, or Returned Items
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information at checkout.
