About the Stone

Gabbro is a rock rather than a mineral — a coarse-grained igneous rock, the same chemistry as basalt but cooled slowly deep underground so its crystals grew large enough to see. It makes up much of the oceanic crust, so 'deeply earthy' is literally true.

Care

Water-safe, but as a mixed rock it is best not soaked. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
