About the Stone

Pink Tourmaline is elbaite, a boron silicate coloured pink by manganese, and it is often sold still in the quartz it grew in. Black, Green and Watermelon Tourmaline are cousins with their own teachings.

Care

Water-safe, but brittle despite its hardness — keep it from knocks and drops. Cleanse it with sage or moonlight.
