Shipping Policy

AetherLux partners with third-party production providers, including Printify and ElasticStage, to manufacture and fulfill made-to-order products. As a result, shipping timelines vary depending on the product and production location.
Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. Production Time
All products are made to order.
Production typically begins within 12–24 hours after your order is confirmed.
Estimated production times:

Print-on-demand apparel & merchandise (Printify): 2–7 business days

Vinyl records (ElasticStage): 5–14 business days depending on demand and production volume
Production times are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
2. Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is transferred to a shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times after production:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
AetherLux is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier issues

Weather conditions
-
Customs inspections
-
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Global supply chain disruptions
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available through the carrier).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
4. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

VAT

Brokerage fees
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local government.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Contact the shipping carrier first.

Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
AetherLux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit (no movement for an extended period), contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we may initiate an inquiry with the fulfillment partner.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds, if issued, may be subject to a 50% restocking fee per our Refund Policy.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

Include your order number.
We will coordinate with our production partner to resolve verified shipping damage claims.
Do not return damaged items without prior authorization.
8. Separate Shipments
Because products may be manufactured at different facilities, items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments.
Supplier Fulfillment Notice
AetherLux fulfills orders through a network of Shopify Collective suppliers and third-party production partners.
Because of this:
• Items in your order may ship separately
• Multiple tracking numbers may be issued
• Delivery times may vary by supplier and product type
Each supplier operates independently with their own processing timelines, which may impact overall delivery speed.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
Certain suppliers provide cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products.
For safety and hygiene reasons:
• These items may be non-returnable unless defective
• Packaging and formulation may vary slightly by batch or supplier
Processing Transparency
Order tracking, fulfillment updates, and analytics may take up to 72 hours to fully reflect across systems.
International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to certain international destinations may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. AetherLux™️ is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

EU Duties & VAT
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless VAT is collected at checkout. AetherLux does not pre-collect EU VAT at this time. Delivery timelines do not include potential customs clearance delays.
