Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through AetherLux and reflect our use of Shopify Collective suppliers and third-party fulfillment partners.

  1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. AetherLux reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities at its discretion.

  1. Fulfillment Model

AetherLux sources and fulfills products through:

• Shopify Collective suppliers (primary fulfillment method)
• Third-party production partners, including Printify and ElasticStage (for made-to-order items)

As a result:
• Products may ship from different locations
• Orders may arrive in multiple shipments
• Production and handling times may vary by supplier

  1. Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are produced on demand.

• Production begins shortly after order confirmation
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
• Minor variations may occur due to production processes

  1. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

(Prices are set in USD and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout based on your region. Currency conversion rates are approximate and may vary. EU customers are subject to applicable local VAT and import regulations. AetherLux reserves the right to cancel orders where pricing errors or currency conversion discrepancies occur.)

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. By placing an order, you confirm authorization to use your selected payment method.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on supplier, production timelines, and carrier performance.

AetherLux is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Suppliers or production partners
• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• External disruptions

Order Processing Notice

AetherLux uses a network of suppliers and fulfillment partners. Because of this:

• Orders may be processed and shipped in separate packages
• Tracking updates may appear at different times
• Delivery timelines may vary by item

Please allow up to 72 hours for order data, tracking updates, and system metrics to fully reflect in your account.

  1. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to supplier-based and made-to-order fulfillment:
• Returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  1. Third-Party Responsibility

AetherLux does not manufacture or directly ship all products. We rely on suppliers and partners for fulfillment and are not liable for delays or disruptions outside our control.

  1. Order Data & Reporting

Order metrics, including total orders, average order value, and total sales, may take up to 72 hours to update within Shopify systems and analytics dashboards.
