I didn’t choose this path.

It chose me.

 

 

I’m from Detroit. That alone explains a lot. This city teaches you how to survive, how to move with rhythm, and how to tell the truth without dressing it up. I learned early how to read energy, read people, and read between the lines—because you had to.

 

 

Music was there before I knew what I was going through. Writing came when I needed to make sense of things that didn’t make sense yet. Movement, breath, sound—those were my languages before conversation ever felt safe. When I couldn’t explain myself, I created.

 

 

I’ve lived through things that change you. Family wounds. Relationship illusions. Systems that promise protection but profit off confusion. I didn’t come out bitter—I came out aware. I study everything: psychology, spirituality, ancestral memory, patterns in people, patterns in power. I don’t speak from theory. I speak from experience.

 

 

The podcast exists because silence was never an option for me. There are things people feel but don’t have words for, and I give language to that space. I talk about awakening, manipulation, love, sovereignty, healing, and the parts of growth that aren’t cute or marketable. No fluff. No spiritual bypassing. Just truth, timing, and clarity.

 

 

The music is the emotional translation. It’s what happens when logic steps aside and frequency takes over. Some messages don’t need explanation—they need to be felt.
